The website Membership Discount contest came to an coming to an end. Their were 8 correct answers...Mary Turner's name was drawn as the winner for November. Winners: Debbie Davis - 2, Mary Turner - 2, and Sharon Huber - 1. Each will receive a $5 per win discount for 2012. Each month during the year Earl posted a picture on the President's Page that had to be identified. It was hoped that members would visit our website, read the contents and find the picture.
***
We will be collecting membership dues this next month....for next year! Single membership: $15 - Couples (or parent and child over 12) $25.
***
Awards:
In the beginning of the year our members voted to establish 3 awards for the alley.
(1) The Eddleman Award
- A clown who exhibits personal development, shows enthusiasm in the name of clowning, and contributes time of service to the community. This will be decided by the board.
(2) The Alley Oops Award
- Something silly, funny, or strange that has happened to you while clowning. You will write this up yourself and email it to the President before the December meeting.
(3)The Ring A Ding Award
- A clown who recruites the most new members into the Happi Tymes Alley. You must be a member yourself and the new clown must also become a member for this award. Miss Cookie has 2 members under her belt. The Treasurer will keep track through memberships received. This month is the last chance for this year....Anyone new in December will be counted for next year.
***
Prayer List:
We want to keep our prayers going out to all our clowns who need us right now. Sammy Sims is in rehab and slowly recovering. Jim
Franklin has returned for cancer treatments since his brain surgery approx a year ago, and Linda Green, Greenie the Clown, from Midland, has lost her brother in law a few days ago.

The Christmas party will be at same place we met in September - Spring Creek BarBQ in Arlington. We have a special guest coming from  Mexico...Tako the Clown will be here to do a special Christmas program, along with his friend Georgy!
